Day 2 still working on it :)

Even though it actually sounds very easy to just have to talk to 5 people about My Power Mall it isn't easy at all :(

I don't know why I have this "barrier" inside of me that gives me a weird feeling in my stomache when I just think about that and how I personally approach a person. I know I have to learn to get over this and keep contacting 5 people every day but boy is that hard lol

I think it's because I first think about what this person might say or that this person is not interested anyways. I did - again - jump over my shadow and actually talked to 5 people today but I am really not sure if anyone of them had any interest. The first person started rolling his eyes and said online businesses are all scams anyways and the second person seemed interested but only because he was running a home business himself which I didn't know and he seemed like he wanted me to sign up for his business lol

The other three females I saw in a store today did listen but I can't really tell if they only listened to be polite? I am without a clue.

I honestly am starting to have big respect for sales men and women, how in the world they do this and be so good at it?

After talking to the 5 people i had to work and being on duty is a totally different situation. It is almost impossible to talk about My Power Mall while being on duty to ensure the integrity of a police officer. Being on duty and professional as I am I am having a even harder time to talk to anyone about My Power Mall.

I missed today's morning call because I was working but I am currently waiting for tonights call at 2 am, maybe take a two hour nap before :)

The adventure continues...

  2. Hi Gueler!

First, I would like to thank you for being a police officer - I know it's a difficult job for both you and your family. My husband is also a police officer and some days he comes home so wiped out and discouraged. That's the main reason I am doing this, so he can stop all the OT and be home more. You sound a lot like me, I get knots in my stomach when I have to approach people. I start turning red in the face and stumble over my words. It is getting easier though. I wish you great success in building your World Changer teams!
